Impact of the skull model on simulated TFUS beam profiles [PDF]
Simulations of TFUS (transcranial focused ultrasound stimulation) beam profiles are important for targeting and estimations of the US intensity distribution insidethe head. Here, we demonstrate the importance of the skull model for accurate calculations of the distributions, based on systematic comparisons with water-tank measurements.

Hubungan IMD, Pemberian ASI, Dan Mobilisasi Dini Dengan Penurunan TFU Hari Ke-7
Introduction: Uterine involution is the process of the uterus returning to its pre-pregnancy state, starting after the placenta is born and lasting for about 6 weeks. The process of uterine involution is accompanied by a decrease in the height of the uterine fundus (TFU). To find out the process of uterine involution by doing a palpation examination to

Rapid MRI-Based Synthetic CT Simulations for Precise tFUS Targeting
Accurate targeting is critical for the effectiveness of transcranial focused ultrasound (tFUS) neuromodulation. While CT provides accurate skull acoustic properties, its ionizing radiation and poor soft tissue contrast limit clinical applicability. In contrast, MRI offers superior neuroanatomical visualization without radiation exposure but lacks skull

Dose-Response Relationships in Transcranial Brain Stimulation: TMS, tES, tFUS and ECT
The use of noninvasive transcranial brain stimulation methods—such as transcranial electrical stimulation (tES), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), transcranial focused ultrasound stimulation (tFUS), and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT)—has grown significantly over the past two decades.

BACKGROUND Brief transcranial focused ultrasound stimulation (tFUS) is used in cognitive mapping, where it is assumed that the intervention itself does not cause lasting modifications to the underlying networks being targeted.
