Positive‐Tone Nanolithography of Antimony Trisulfide with Femtosecond Laser Wet‐Etching
A butyldithiocarbamic acid (BDCA) etchant is used to fabricate various micro‐ and nanoscale structures on amorphous antimony trisulfide (a‐Sb2S3) thin film via femtosecond laser etching. Numerical analysis and experimental results elucidate the patterning mechanism on gold (reflective) and quartz (transmissive) substrates.

MAIN DIFFICULTIES OF THE MODERN METAL FUSION’ THEORY OF CRYSTALLIZATION. WAYS OF OVERCOMING
The main difficulties of the modern theory of crystallization of metal fusion are imperfect ideas of a structure of fusions, processes of origin and growth of crystals and influence of nonmetallic particles and the dissolved gases.

The mechanism of recrystallization of carbon steels
A nanostructural mechanism for recrystallization of carbon steels has been developed. First, structure‑forming nanocrystals of austenite, ferrite and cementite are formed from elementary nanocrystals of iron and graphite, free iron and carbon atoms.

Stability of additive-free water-in-oil emulsions
We calculate ion distributions near a planar oil-water interface within non-linear Poisson-Boltzmann theory, taking into account the Born self-energy of the ions in the two media.

MOFs and COFs in Electronics: Bridging the Gap between Intrinsic Properties and Measured Performance
Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) hold promise for advanced electronics. However, discrepancies in reported electrical conductivities highlight the importance of measurement methodologies. This review explores intrinsic charge transport mechanisms and extrinsic factors influencing performance, and critically ...
