Translating coexistence: Inside Japan's public multilingualism

Intrastate Truck Driver Pay and Safety: A Longitudinal Analysis

ABSTRACT Truck drivers, their employers, and the public bear the costs of large truck crashes. Prior research finds that truck drivers tend to have fewer crashes when they are paid more, yet much of the U.S. industry operates with low pay and high turnover.

Abstract Pink salmon originate from the North Pacific area but were introduced into northwest Russia from the late 1950s onwards. Since 2017, the alien species has increased dramatically in abundance and rapidly invaded adjacent areas of the North Atlantic region.
