Quantification of flash flood peaks using computer simulation for potential hill torrents of Pakistan: A modeling study

open access: yesRiver, EarlyView.
Abstract This study investigates rainfall runoff behavior of five major torrential Nullahs' of Dera Ghazi Khan (D. G. Khan) for flash flood events. The integration, and fusion of satellite‐based meteorological, topographical, and pedo‐transferred function's (PTF) derived soil hydraulic datasets at 250 m grid size substantially proves a viable approach ...

Multifactor coupling effect of similar simulation material based on Response Surface Method

open access: yesMeitan kexue jishu
Roof water hazard poses a serious threat to mine production safety, and its occurrence is closely related to the deformation and failure of overlying strata. Physical similar simulation experiments serve as a crucial method for studying this issue, where

Protein Corona Engineering of Lipid Nanoparticles Enables Efficient Functional Gene Silencing in the Liver

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
By shaping the protein corona, lipid composition directs LNP tropism and enables the preferential delivery of a TIMP1‐targeting siRNA to liver macrophages. In a murine model of primary biliary cholangitis, this strategy promoted macrophage reprogramming and attenuated liver fibrosis.

Endocytosis‐independent cytosolic entry of messenger RNA via fluorous bilayer zippering attenuating Toll‐like receptor signaling and enables ischemic tissue salvage

open access: yesSmart Molecules, EarlyView.
The present study establishes a paradigm shift in synthetic mRNA delivery through the convergence of three orthogonal chemistries—perfluoro‐acylation, bio‐orthogonal click cross‐linking, and disulfide reduction—within a single, modular polymer architecture. Abstract A fundamental constraint of conventional messenger RNA (mRNA) delivery systems is their

A dual‐responsive fluorescent probe for imaging viscosity and polarity in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

open access: yesSmart Molecules, EarlyView.
We developed a BODIPY‐based fluorescent probe with dual responsiveness to viscosity and polarity, enabling sensitive and precise imaging of non‐alcoholic fatty liver disease. Abstract Viscosity and polarity are critical physiological parameters implicated in the onset and progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
