ABSTRACT We develop a comprehensive account of self‐trust in its role‐mediated, general and universal forms, highlight the connection between self‐trust and personal autonomy, and argue that we can have too much or too little self‐trust. Both can undermine personal autonomy.

Abstract In this article, we conceptualize how Davis’ two concepts of uneven reproduction and obstetric racism—both rooted in the US context—are effectuated in the Netherlands. We consider uneven reproduction to consist of bio‐ and necropolitics, namely the management and regulation of a population's bodies, life and death.

Abstract Phenomenon Sexual and/or gender minority‐identifying (SGM) medical students report lower levels of belonging and heightened discrimination in medical schools, especially among those who hold intersecting identities that are underrepresented in medicine (URM).
