THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF QUINTOM MODELS [PDF]
Quintom models, with its Equation of State being able to cross the cosmological constant boundary w = -1, turns out to be attractive for phenomenological study. It can not only be applicable for dark energy model for current universe, but also lead to a bounce scenario in the early universe.

Comprehensive clinical evaluation of novel 4DCT‐based lung function imaging methods
Abstract Purpose Methods have been developed that apply image processing to 4DCTs to generate 4DCT‐ventilation/perfusion lung imaging. Traditional methods for 4DCT‐ventilation rely on Hounsfield‐Unit (HU) density‐change methods and suffer from poor numerical robustness while not providing 4DCT‐perfusion data.

The Information Theoretically Efficient Model (ITEM): A model for computerized analysis of large datasets [PDF]
This document discusses the Information Theoretically Efficient Model (ITEM), a computerized system to generate an information theoretically efficient multinomial logistic regression from a general dataset. More specifically, this model is designed to succeed even where the logit transform of the dependent variable is not necessarily linear in the ...
