THERAPEUTIC ABORTION USING PROSTAGLANDIN F2α
The Lancet, 1970Abstract Fifteen consecutive cases of termination of pregnancy with intravenous infusions of prostaglandin F 2α (50 μg. per minute) are described. Abortion was successful in fourteen cases and complete in thirteen. Diarrhœa and vomiting were the only side-effects noted.
