Thermal induced motion of functionally graded beams subjected to surface heating
Thin beam of the functionally graded (FG) type subjected to a step heat input on one surface and insulated or exposed to convective heat loss on the opposite surface is under consideration for the evaluation of thermal induced motion.

Adenosine triphosphate as a modulator of protein interactions and stability
ATP is best known as the cell's energy currency, but it also shapes how proteins fold, interact, aggregate and form biomolecular condensates. This review explains the emerging physical principles behind these effects, including weak binding to charged protein regions, magnesium‐dependent behaviour and concentration‐dependent control of protein ...

Protocol for quantifying miRNA trafficking across the endosomal membrane
An in vitro protocol measures miRNA uptake into endosomes isolated from mammalian cell extracts, which are free of subcellular contaminants. Performed at 37 °C in the presence of ATP, it ensures the import of single‐stranded miRNA into the endosomal lumen.

Influence of Interference Fit on Dynamic Characteristics of TBM Cutter Bearing
Bearing interference fits have a significant effect on the cutting characteristics of TBM cutters. In this paper, first, the base interference fit was calculated to select a reasonable tolerance fit. A TBM cutter bearing dynamics model was established by

Influence of displacement damage dose on dark current distributions of irradiated CMOS image sensors [PDF]
Dark current increase distributions due to displacement damages are modeled using displacement damage dose concept. Several CMOS image sensors have been exposed to neutrons or protons and we have characterized their degradation in terms of dark current ...

GelMA‐based 3D spheroids recapitulate transcriptomic and functional hallmarks of myeloid sarcoma
GelMA 5% hydrogels support the formation of myeloid leukemia spheroids that recapitulate MS‐specific features, including G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ECM‐driven transcriptomic reprogramming. The 3D model mimicked soft‐tissue‐like stiffness and oxygen conditions, and transcriptomic convergence with primary MS samples confirmed its utility as a preclinical ...
