Einstein's coefficients and the nature of thermal blackbody radiation [PDF]
We show that thermal radio emission has an induced character and argue that thermal blackbody radiation in other spectral ranges also has an induced origin. A new theory of thermal radio emission of non-uniform gas basing on the induced origin of emission and its astrophysical applications are considered.

This study explores the use of laser‐induced forward transfer in the picosecond regime to create in vitro biomodels. Focusing on hydrodynamics and rheology, it investigates jet dynamics through time‐resolved imaging, optimizing laser fluence, biological ink viscosity, and printing distance to precisely control the volume and location of bioink ...

Study on Thermal Radiation Characteristics and the Multi-Point Source Model of Hydrogen Jet Fire
Hydrogen safety remains a paramount concern in pipeline transportation. Once hydrogen leaks and ignites, it quickly escalates into a jet fire incident. The substantial thermal radiation released poses significant risks of fire and explosion.

Quantum Radiation Properties of Dirac Particles in General Nonstationary Black Holes
Quantum radiation properties of Dirac particles in general nonstationary black holes in the general case are investigated by both using the method of generalized tortoise coordinate transformation and considering simultaneously the asymptotic behaviors ...

Acoustic emissions during direct laser interference patterning are shown to strongly correlate with surface texture depth. By implementing a closed‐loop control system utilizing acoustic feedback, consistent microstructures with uniform depth are achieved despite laser power fluctuations.

This study explores aerosol jet‐printed (AJP) surface roughness, its effects on the performance of microwave electronics, and its process contributors. First, an electromagnetic model is vetted for AJP's unique roughness signature. Simulations are built which show process‐induced roughness is as significant as conductor resistivity in driving microwave

High‐Entropy Ti, Zr, Hf, Ta Multiphase Diboride with Deformation Resistance up to 2000 °C
Ceramics are brittle and strength decreases with temperature. The multiphase high‐entropy (Ti0.25Ta0.25Hf0.25Zr0.25)B2 with heterogeneity at the nano‐ and microscale demonstrates deformation resistance up to 2000 °C, with maximum bending strength at 1800 °C.

A uniformly moving polarizable particle in a thermal radiation field with arbitrary spin direction [PDF]
We have generalized our recent results (Arm. J. Phys., 2014) relating to the dynamics, heating and radiation of a small rotating polarizable particle moving in a thermal radiation field in the case of arbitrary spin orientation. General expressions for the tangential force, heating rate and intensity of thermal and nonthermal radiation are given. It is
