Thermal stability of Hg1-xMnxTe compound semiconductors [PDF]
The thermal behaviour of Hg1-xMnxTe single crystals is investigated by means of the RBS/channeling technique. The stoichiometry parameter x ranges from 0.08 to 0.2.

Research Advances in Protein Engineering to Enhance the Thermal Stability of Glycosidase [PDF]
Glycosidase is an indispensable enzyme in the sugar industry. It is difficult to maintain the stability of natural glycosidase during long-term high-temperature sugar conversion, limiting its application in industrial production.

The application of methods for assessing the thermal oxidative jet fuel stability in civil aviation
As a result of jet fuel oxidation, insoluble sediments, called resins or high-temperature deposits, are formed. They significantly reduce the chemmotological reliability of aircraft engine fuel system units, i.e., fuel metering equipment, fuel-oil ...

Stability of Couette flow for 2D Boussinesq system without thermal diffusivity [PDF]
In this paper, we prove the stability of Couette flow for 2D Navier-Stokes Boussinesq system without thermal diffusivity for the initial perturbation in Gevrey-$\frac{1}{s}$, ($1/3

Charged Quantum Black Holes : Thermal Stability Criterion [PDF]
A criterion of thermal stability is derived for electrically charged quantum} black holes having large horizon area (compared to Planck area), as an inequality between the mass of the black hole and its microcanonical entropy. The derivation is based on key results of Loop Quantum Gravity and equilibrium statistical mechanics of a grand canonical ...

DZNep (3-deazaneplanocin A) is commonly used to reduce lysine methylation. DZNep inhibits S-adenosyl-l-homocysteine hydrolase (AHCY), preventing the conversion of S-adenosyl-l-homocysteine (SAH) into L-homocysteine.

Peroxidase from peach fruit: thermal Stability
Peroxidase from peach fruit was purified 28.9-fold by DEAE-cellulose, Sephadex G-100 and hydroxylapatite chromatography. The purified enzyme showed only one peak of activity with an optimum pH of 5.0 and temperature of 40ºC.

Thermal conductivity and stability of commercial MgB$_2$ conductors [PDF]
This paper presents a study of the thermal transport properties of MgB$_2$ tapes differing in architecture, stabilization and constituent materials. The temperature and field dependence of thermal conductivity, $\kappa(T,B)$, was investigated both along the conductor and in the direction perpendicular to the tape.
