In this work, we prepared expanded graphite (EG) filler using hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) as an oxidizing agent to study its impact on the thermal conductivity (k) of polyetherimide (PEI) composite, compared to EG prepared using sodium chlorate (NaClO3). Sulfuric acid was used as the primary intercalating agent for both synthesis routes.

A hierarchical porous copper current collector is fabricated via three‐dimensional printing combined with pressureless sintering to stabilize lithium metal anodes. The interconnected architecture lowers local current density, guides uniform Li deposition within pores, and suppresses dendrite growth.
