2003The use of pulmonary arterial catheter (PAC) the "golden standard" in the hemodynamic monitoring, is associated with increased ratio of ICU complications, prolong stay and treatment in the ICU as well as substantial material costs. "Pulse contour cardiac output" (PCCO) is less invasive method of continuos monitoring.
