A Machine Learning Model for Interpretable PECVD Deposition Rate Prediction
This study develops six machine learning models (k‐nearest neighbors, support vector regression, decision tree, random forest, CatBoost, and backpropagation neural network) to predict SiNx deposition rates in plasma‐enhanced chemical vapor deposition using hybrid production and simulation data.

Abstract Premise Humans have used fire to manage landscapes for millennia, but this use of fire is declining in many ecosystems. Understanding how plants respond to these changes is key to predicting ecosystem resilience and impacts on services such as biodiversity and carbon sequestration. However, many ecosystems lack data on plant fire responses.

ABSTRACT Chondrocalcinosis (CCAL), also known as calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate deposition disease (CPPDD), is a frequent multifactorial condition in the elderly, but there are two rare autosomal dominant Mendelian forms, CCAL1 (OMIM %600668) and CCAL2. Only three families with molecularly proven CCAL1 have been reported.

There are significant differences between the life expectancies of Indigenous and non‐Indigenous peoples.
