Schematic diagram depicting the fabrication and application of thymosin β4 (Tβ4)‐loaded microneedle patches for wound treatment. The Tβ4 was loaded into chitosan (CS) and sucrose MNs under mild conditions (4°C, 65% relative humidity). The Tβ4 MN patch specifically binds to the downregulated immune regulators Vsig4 and IL22rα2, thereby accelerating ...

Thickness Swelling and Internal Bond Strength of Particleboards Made from Steam-Pretreated Particles
Particleboards with a density of 0.5-0.8g/㎤were manufactured with semi-stand particles previously steam-treated at 180-210℃ with urea-formaldehyde resin. The effects of the steam temperature and panel density on panel thickness swelling(TS) and internal bond strength(IB) were investigated.

Fast‐acting hydrogel seals bleeding wounds as the illustrated injectable, pH‐responsive network rapidly gels in situ to stop hemorrhage, adhere strongly to wet tissue, and release antibiotics in a controlled, pH‐dependent manner. The material withstands high pressures, shows excellent biocompatibility, and degrades safely, offering a versatile platform

An In Situ Embedded B‐MOF Sponge With Shape‐Memory for All‐in‐One Diabetic Wound Therapy
A smart shape‐memory sponge dressing (P1A3@B‐MOF) is developed for accelerated diabetic wound healing. It achieves pH‐responsive corelease of Zn2+ and salvianolic acid B, synergistically providing antibacterial action, repolarizing macrophages to the M2 phenotype, and promoting angiogenesis.

To dissect how mechanical forces influence intestinal physiology, we developed a stretchable 3D colon‐on‐chip that integrates tunable topography, stiffness and peristalsis‐like motion within a physiologically relevant microenvironment. We showed that stretching is a dominant factor governing epithelial behavior, markedly enhancing proliferation and ...
