اكتسب ثيديازورون (TDZ) اهتمامًا كبيرًا خلال العقود الماضية بسبب دوره الفعال في زراعة الخلايا والأنسجة النباتية. لوحظت مجموعة واسعة من الاستجابات الفسيولوجية استجابة لتطبيق TDZ في أنواع نباتية مختلفة. أظهر TDZ كلاً من التأثيرات الشبيهة بالأوكسين والسيتوكينين، على الرغم من أنه، كيميائيًا، يختلف تمامًا عن الأوكسينات والسيتوكينين الشائعة الاستخدام.

Micorpropagation of Corylopsis coreana by Thidiazuron Treatment

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of thidazuron(TDZ) on shoot proliferation and growth from axillary buds of 20-years-old Corylopsis coreana.
