Ratiometric Temperature Sensing through Alternating Current Electroluminescence
Thermoresponsive alternating current electroluminescence (ACEL) is realized in ZnS microparticles with optimized Cu, Cl, and Co tri‐doping concentrations, exhibiting a blue‐to‐green emission band shift along with increasing temperature. Based on this behavior, an ACEL‐driven temperature sensing platform is developed for quantitative temperature ...

Chronic Hypoxia Disrupts Spermatogenesis Through ASXL2–EZH2–Mediated Microtubule Destabilization
This study reveals the mechanism by which chronic hypoxia impairs spermatogenesis via the ASXL2–EZH2 axis, hindering the transition of spermatids from round to elongated forms. Key findings reveal that under hypoxic conditions, downregulated ASXL2 expression reduces EZH2 binding to the CEP162 promoter, leading to decreased H3K27me3 modification and ...

Alkyltriphenylphosphonium Binding to Cardiolipin Triggers Oncosis in Cancer Cells
Alkyltriphenylphosphonium, exemplified by TPP+‐C14, preferentially accumulates in mitochondria and selectively binds to cardiolipin, a key phospholipid of the inner mitochondrial membrane, causing loss of mitochondrial membrane potential, severe cellular ATP depletion, and calcium imbalance.

A Mussel‐Inspired Bioadhesive Patch to Selectively Kill Glioblastoma Cells
An innovative mussel‐inspired bioadhesive patch has been developed for post‐surgical glioblastoma treatment. The patch, which adheres strongly in biological environments, releases a localized treatment. This treatment, acting via reactive oxygen species, shows specific toxicity to glioblastoma cells.
