Biocompatible Porphyrin Derivatives Electron Beam and Extreme Ultraviolet Photoresists: High Resolution and High Etch Resistance

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Porphyrin derivatives are introduced for electron beams and extreme ultraviolet lithography. The lithographic performance of the novel CuTP‐4Epoxy photoresist is excellent, with a resolution of 18 nm in EBL and 20 nm in EUVL, and the photoresist also exhibits high etch resistance.

Molecular Nanoarchitectonic Sensing Layer for Analysis of Volatile Fatty Acids in Bioreactor Headspaces Using a Nanomechanical Sensor

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A porous crystalline sensing layer has been developed in conjunction with a nanomechanical sensor for the sensitive detection of volatile fatty acids (VFAs) in admixture at high relative humidity. The sensitive, selective sensor based on supramolecular design improves the economic viability of anaerobic digesters toward a carbon neutral society ...

Separation of methylated free bile acids from their taurine and methyl glycine conjugates by thin-layer chromatography

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 1987
Class separation of methylated free bile acids from bile acids conjugated with taurine and methylglycine was accomplished using a solvent system of 2,2,4-trimethylpentane-absolute ethanol 10:1 (v/v). By developing a silica thin-layer plate two times with
