Impact of Metformin and Diabetes on Tumor Response to Total Neoadjuvant Therapy in Advanced Rectal Cancer: A Multicenter Retrospective Cohort Study

In advanced rectal cancer patients receiving total neoadjuvant therapy (TNT), overall tumor response did not differ by diabetes status or metformin use.
