Drug Testing and Analysis, EarlyView.This article investigates the metabolism and elimination of flmodafinil and fladrafinil, two fluorinated analogs of modafinil and adrafinil listed as S6 stimulants by the World Anti‐Doping Agency. After single‐dose administration to six volunteers, the compounds and their main metabolites were studied in urine and blood.
