ABSTRACT Objective To describe the implementation of whole genome sequencing (WGS) in prenatal diagnostics and outline the national guideline system facilitating this. Methods Clinical guidelines for WGS in prenatal diagnostics were developed and implemented by the Danish Fetal Medicine Society.
