29 yașında, gravida 2, parite 1 olan hasta 12. gebelik haftasında ikiz gebelik nedeniyle rutin ultrason taramasında refere edildi. Her iki fetusun fetal biometri ölçümleri gebelik haftası ile uyumluydu. İkizlerin üst ve alt ekstremiteleri normal gözlendi.
