In women with PPROM before 34 weeks, we compared outcomes before and after implementing an outpatient management protocol. Outpatient care was offered to one‐third of patients, did not affect latency or gestational age at delivery, and was associated with fewer early neonatal infections, supporting its safety in selected cases. In this nationwide, population‐based study, 27 cases of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) and reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) during pregnancy or the puerperium were identified from Finnish national healthcare registers (1987–2016), with stroke occurring in 40.7% of cases.
