The three-body problem, which describes three masses interacting through Newtonian gravity without any restrictions imposed on the initial positions and velocities of these masses, has attracted the attention of many scientists for more than 300 years ...

Three-Body Coulomb Problem [PDF]
We present a general approach for the solution of the three-body problem for a general interaction and apply it to the case of the Coulomb interaction. This approach is exact, simple, and fast.

Rendezvous in Cis-Lunar Space near Rectilinear Halo Orbit: Dynamics and Control Issues
The paper presents the development of a fully-safe, automatic rendezvous strategy between a passive vehicle and an active one orbiting around the Earth–Moon L2 Lagrangian point.

Quantum three-body problems [PDF]
An improved hyperspherical harmonic method for the quantum three-body problem is presented to separate three rotational degrees of freedom completely from the internal ones. In this method, the Schr dinger equation of three-body problem is reduced to a system of linear algebraic equations in terms of the orthogonal bases of functions.

Lie series solution of the bicircular problem
The present work performs a semi–analytical solution for the orbit of an infinitesimal particle in the framework of the bicircular Sun–Earth–Moon system.

Numerical Investigation for Periodic Orbits in the Hill Three-Body Problem
The current work performs a numerical study on periodic motions of the Hill three-body problem. In particular, by computing the stability of its basic planar families we determine vertical self-resonant (VSR) periodic orbits at which families of three ...

Periodic Orbits of Quantised Restricted Three-Body Problem
In this paper, perturbed third-body motion is considered under quantum corrections to analyse the existence of periodic orbits. These orbits are studied through two approaches to identify the first (second) periodic-orbit types.
