Three-Dimensional Image Information Media. A 3-D Shape Measurement Method for Objects with Uneven Reflective Surfaces.

open access: yesThe Journal of the Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers, 1998
A method for measuring 3-D objects with surfaces composed of various reflective regions is developed in which the 3-D coordinates of the object sections are obtained by triangulation with the light-section method by using a slit-light source and a TV camera.

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

USP29‐regulated noncanonical stabilization of the hypoxia‐inducible factor‐α in aggressive prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Space-borne SAR Three-dimensional Imaging by Joint Multiple Azimuth Angle Doppler Frequency Rate Estimation

open access: yesLeida xuebao, 2018
Using azimuth beam steering, space-borne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) can observe from multiple azimuth angle in single pass. During multiple azimuth angle observation, the satellite orbit is equivalent to long three-dimensional (3-D) curvilinear array,

Three-Dimensional Image Information Media. Telecentric Capturing System for Acquiring Light Ray Data of 3-D Objects.

open access: yesThe Journal of the Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers, 2002
In the field of computer graphics and 3-D visual communication, ray-based representation of 3-D scenes/objects has been studied. The most popular way to acquire light ray data is to take perspective projection images from multiple viewpoints, however, light rays are equivalent to orthogonal projections.

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Liquid biopsy‐based diagnostic evaluation of hypermethylated CpG sites for ovarian cancer diagnosis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This schematic outlines the workflow from biomarker identification to duplex MethyLight assay validation for epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis using cfDNA‐based liquid biopsy. Initial screening of hypermethylated CpG candidates (cg02957270, cg10061138 cg00480298, COL2A1) was performed in tissue using ARMS‐PCR, COBRA, qPCR and image analysis. Selected

3-D Imaging Method of Ship Target for InISAR Based on Second Selection of Time Window

open access: yesIEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing
Aiming at the problem that the reconstruction accuracy of the existing three-dimensional (3-D) imaging algorithm for interferometric inverse synthetic aperture radar (InISAR) is not high under the complex condition of ship motion characteristics, a 3-D ...

Motion Compensation and 3-D Imaging Algorithm in Sparse Flight Based Airborne Array SAR

open access: yesLeida xuebao, 2018
In this study, we adopt a criterion of Barker code to generate a high-resolution image from sparse flight samples to establish a three-dimensional (3-D) imaging model of airborne array SAR.
