The Design and Analyses of Magnetorheological Fluid Throttle Valve
Magnetorheological (MR) Fluid is an intellectual material with comprehensive prospect. In recent years, it is widely attended in the scientific-research field. Flow rate computational model of the MR throttle valve is derived by using Binham fluid model.

Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

Failure Analysis and Structure Optimization of Throttle Valve Core
The throttle valve core breaks frequently and has an adverse effect on the stable and reliable production of oil and gas. In view of this, the mechanical model of the throttle valve is established by means of CAD and finite element software. The force of

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

Flow simulation through wankel engine throttle using computational fluid dynamics
The paper focuses on the airflow through the throttle in the Wankel engine (Aixro XR50). The author's main challenge was to adapt a Wankel engine for hydrogen injection system, which required a very new full electronic throttle to be installed.

Fuzzy control of picking mobile robot throttle open rate
To enhance smooth throttle movement and maintain a special driving speed over various orchard road conditions, improve walking stability, we design the fuzzy controller to adjust the throttle open rate.

Modulation of Homer1 EVH1 domain internal dynamics by putative autism‐associated mutations
The putative autism‐associated M65I and S97L variants of the EVH1 domain of the postsynaptic scaffold protein Homer1 do not exhibit substantial changes in their overall structure or partner binding. Both of them, but especially the M65I variant, show altered internal dynamics relative to the wild‐type domain on the μs‐ms timescale, indicated by the ...

The ubiquitin‐proteasome system and autophagy as guardians of the cellular proteome
This Perspective covers the three principles governing the crosstalk between the ubiquitin‐proteasome system and autophagy in cellular proteostasis: (1) a shared ubiquitin code routing substrates via shuttle factors or autophagy receptors; (2) spatial compartmentalization into phase‐separated degradation hubs and organelle‐specific modules (exemplified

An unexpected alternative interaction site for ethyl viologen was identified in formate dehydrogenase 1 from Methylorubrum extorquens. Combined mutagenesis, kinetic analysis, and docking revealed that aromatic residues near an iron–sulfur cluster enable flavin mononucleotide‐independent electron transfer, offering a framework for engineering improved ...
