Erosion-resisting Characteristic Study of Throttle Valve in High-pressure Liquid-solid Flow

open access: yesShiyou jixie, 2022
The throttle valve with reliable performance parameters plays a key role in the reasonable control of bottom hole pressure in high pressure, high sulfur content and high yield wells, and it is one of the decisive factors for the successful establishment ...

Valosin‐containing protein counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its ATPase activity in vitro

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Hardware-in-Loop Electronic Throttle System Based on Simulink

open access: yes, 2011
The structure and the principle of the electronic throttle control system (ETCS) is elaborated. The electronic throttle (ET) control model is built based on Matlab/Simulink, and the hardware-in-loop simulation on the ET model is processed.
