Displaced geostationary orbits using hybrid low-thrust propulsion [PDF]
In this paper, displaced geostationary orbits using hybrid low-thrust propulsion, a complementary combination of Solar Electric Propulsion (SEP) and solar sailing, are investigated to increase the capacity of the geostationary ring that is starting to ...

Design of optimal Earth pole-sitter transfers using low thrust propulsion [PDF]
Recent studies have shown the feasibility of an Earth pole-sitter mission using low-thrust propulsion. This mission concept involves a spacecraft following the Earth's polar axis to have a continuous, hemispherical view of one of the Earth's poles.

Multiplicity with a thrust cut [PDF]
We evaluate the multiplicity of hadrons in the $e^+e^-$-annihilation at a given thrust $T$ in the modified leading-log approximation, including $O(\sqrt{α_s})$ corrections. The calculation is done at a large value of $τ=1-T$ by the use of the factorisation which takes place in the one-particle-inclusive cross section at a given $τ$.

Preliminary design of debris removal missions by means of simplified models for low-thrust, many-revolution transfers [PDF]
This paper presents a novel approach for the preliminary design of Low-Thrust (LT), many-revolution transfers. The main feature of the novel approach is a considerable reduction in the control parameters and a consequent gain in computational speed. Each
