ABSTRACT Euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis can mimic acute asthma, including in previously undiagnosed diabetes and without SGLT‐2 inhibitor use. Carbohydrate restriction may precipitate life‐threatening ketoacidosis, particularly with insulin deficiency.
