Dermatologic Toxicities Associated With Novel Pan‐RAS/RAF Inhibitors

open access: yesJournal of Cutaneous Pathology, Volume 53, Issue 11, Page 1042-1050, November 2026.
ABSTRACT Background The mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway plays a key role in cell‐cycle regulation and tumor progression in cancer. Dermatologic toxicities (DTs) to newer pan‐RAS (RMC‐6236) and pan‐RAF (LXH254/naporafenib) inhibitors are emerging.

Combination of Lenvatinib and Antibiotics: A Potential Approach to Enhance Sensitivity in Differentiated Thyroid Cancer

open access: yesInternational Journal of Cancer, Volume 159, Issue 8, Page 1974-1989, 15 October 2026.
Although lenvatinib is the current first‐line therapy for radioiodine‐refractory differentiated thyroid carcinoma, its use is limited by severe side effects and reduced sensitivity. Here, the authors assessed the potential of sensitizing differentiated thyroid carcinoma tumor cells with limited lenvatinib responsiveness through the administration of ...

Follicular adenoma with a papillary architecture originating from an ectopic thyroid gland: a case report

open access: yesBMC Endocrine Disorders
Background Follicular adenomas with papillary architecture are rare tumors of thyroid origin and are composed of completely encapsulated follicular cells with a papillary architecture lacking the nuclear characteristics of papillary carcinoma. Herein, we

Coordinated TNF–NF‐κB and PI3K–Akt Modulation by Yueju Pill in Hashimoto's Thyroiditis: A Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking Study

open access: yesChemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 23, Issue 10, October 2026.
Network pharmacology and molecular docking identify a coordinated dual‐axis regulatory framework for Yueju pill in Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Candidate compounds and prioritized targets converge on TNF–NF‐κB inflammatory and PI3K–Akt survival/apoptosis signaling, providing computational support for a testable multi‐target hypothesis requiring ...

Multiple Primary Malignancies Involving Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma: A Three‐Case Series

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 10, October 2026.
Patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma may develop distinct additional primary malignancies. New lesions or lymphadenopathy should not be presumed to represent metastatic PTC without tissue confirmation, emphasizing accurate diagnosis, multidisciplinary evaluation, and individualized treatment.
