Pituitary thyroid-stimulating hormone and thyroid-stimulating immunoglobulins
1976Thyroid function can be stimulated by several macromolecules, including pituitary thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), human chorionic thyrotrophin (HCT), human molar thyrotophin (HMT) and a population of thyroid-stimulating immunoglobulins. This paper attempts to review concisely the properties of these thyroid stimulators.
