Wettability of Mg and AZ91 Alloy on Ti6Al4V Alloy Substrate

The wettability of liquid Mg and AZ91 alloy on bulk Ti6Al4V alloy was investigated in the current study. Wetting experiments were conducted by gradually heating the samples to 800°C for 30 minutes. A CCD camera was used to capture the morphological changes in the droplet during contact angle measurements.
