Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are highly heterogeneous nanoscale blood biomarkers. With their tunable implementations, nanoplasmonic platforms can capture myriad vesicular information via scalable bulk analyses of EV biomarkers or high‐resolution single‐vesicle measurements.

Abstract We present a case of a coinfection with two papillomaviruses—Erethizon dorsatum papillomavirus types 1 and 2 (EdPV1/2) in a North American porcupine housed in a German zoo. The animal exhibited exophytic black papules on the skin of the face and legs.

Abstract A 6‐year‐old, neutered, male German shepherd dog presented to the Emergency and Critical Care Service at the Ohio State University Veterinary Medical Center with bilateral pleural effusion. Thoracic computed tomography, among other diagnostics, failed to identify the cause of the pleural effusion.
