Tumor‐Intrinsic Forkhead Box A2 Regulates the Lymph Node Metastasis of Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma by Regulating T‐Cell Apoptosis

We identified FOXA2 as a key regulator of lymph node metastasis in thyroid cancer, which controls cancer cell aggressiveness. FOXA2 knockdown promotes metastasis by enhancing tumor cell migration and, importantly, by inducing T‐cell apoptosis through a CCL2/LCN2‐mediated pathway. Created with BioGDP.com.

Napabucasin transforms liver microenvironment and boosts immunotherapy efficacy by converting potential metastases into “hot” tumors

Napabucasin reduces liver metastases by reprogramming the hepatic microenvironment. It induces hepatocyte secretion of CCL21 via c‐Fos activation, recruiting lymphocytes and converting “cold” metastases into immunologically “hot” tumors. This effect is liver‐specific and independent of cancer cells.

Although past assessments have been localised, this study presents the first comprehensive, statewide evaluation of irrigation water suitability across 44 major rivers in Kerala.

Evaluating the Air Respiratory Capacity of Awaous (Chonophorus) tajasica (Gobiiformes: Oxudercidae): A Morpho‐Functional Study

We demonstrated that Awaous tajasica performs facultative air breathing under experimental conditions of dissolved oxygen limitation, retaining air bubbles in the buccal cavity during gill ventilation. Morpho‐functional evidence indicates the use of atmospheric oxygen as a respiratory support under conditions of low water oxygenation.
