Age Influence on Knee Joint Flexors
Background : Knee flexors tightness has been documented in apparently healthy adults and in those with musculoskeletal problems, but the influence of age on the tightness has not been studied in Iraq.

The topic of air leakage in buildings is discussed. Reasons for minimizing air leakage are presented. Measured values from tests of the air leakage of groups of both detached residences and larger buildings are given. For detached residences, air leakage measurements vary from less than 0.5 air changes per hour at 50 Pa, to more than 50 air changes per

IGFBP4 knockdown (KD) impairs preadipocyte proliferation and is associated with IGF1R protein downregulation and attenuated AKT phosphorylation. The mechanisms by which IGFBP4 KD influences the IGF1R/AKT signaling pathway involve newly synthesized proteins and lysosomal degradation pathways. Created in BioRender.

The cytoskeleton‐mediated transport of mitochondria via tunnelling nanotubes restores respiration, increases ATP production, rescues cells from apoptosis, activates the AKT/mTOR signalling pathway, promotes cell migration and invasiveness, contributes to cancer progression and treatment resistance.

Air tightness and energy efficiency
After Energy Performance of Buildings-directive (EPBD) came into operation within the European Union, Finland also began the work to adjust building codes matching the new directive. There was no regulation dealing with air tightness before, but when the

On tightness and exponential tightness in generalised Jackson networks
We give uniform proofs of tightness and exponential tightness of the sequences of stationary queue lengths in generalised Jackson networks in a number of setups which concern large, normal and moderate deviations.

Importin 7 mediates the nuclear import of HIV‐1 integrase via a specific interacting interface
HIV‐1 integrase enables viral DNA integration into the host genome. By binding to the core domain of the host protein Importin 7 via its C‐terminal domain, the integrase is transported across the nuclear membrane into the nucleus, where integration of the viral genome into host DNA takes place. This translocation is a critical step for subsequent viral

Ionomycin suppresses cancer cell growth by disrupting mitochondrial transcription
In this study, we identify a new function for the selective Ca2+ ionophore, ionomycin, as an inhibitor of mitochondrial transcription. Both total and nascent RNA analyses revealed that ionomycin treatment reduces the transcription of mitochondrial genes.

ATZ‐1 promotes DNA replication efficiency to maintain normal meiotic function
Absence of ATZ‐1 interferes with meiotic DNA replication and cell cycle function via CHK‐1. This causes downstream defects associated with DNA damage and genomic integrity. Taken together, this study suggests that ATZ‐1 influences DNA replication efficiency and cell cycle function to maintain normal meiotic function.

On countable tightness type properties of spaces of quasicontinuous functions [PDF]
In this paper we get characterizations countable tightness, countable fan-tightness and countable strong fan-tightness of spaces of quasicontinuous functions with the topology of pointwise convergence from a open Whyburn $T_2$-space $X$ into the discrete
