Clinical Insights Into Hypercalcemia of Malignancy in Childhood
ABSTRACT Hypercalcemia of malignancy (HCM) is a rare but life‐threatening metabolic emergency in children that occurs in less than 1% of pediatric cancer cases, with a reported incidence ranging from 0.4% to 1.0% across different studies. While it is observed in 10%–20% of adult malignancies, pediatric HCM remains relatively uncommon.

A Time–Frequency Domain Analysis Method for Variable Frequency Hopping Signal
A variable frequency hopping (VFH) signal is a kind of frequency hopping (FH) signal that varies both in frequency and dwell time. However, in radio surveillance, the existing methods for unidentified signals using VFH cannot be effectively handled.

A time frequency analysis of wave packet fractional revivals
We show that the time frequency analysis of the autocorrelation function is, in many ways, a more appropriate tool to resolve fractional revivals of a wave packet than the usual time domain analysis.

Application of time-frequency spectral analysis methods
In this article the limited application of the non-stationary signals spectra classical analysis using the Fourier transform is substantiated. It is shown that Fourier transform has benefits at periodic signals analysis and limitations when non ...

Human intracranial high frequency oscillations (HFOs) detected by automatic time-frequency analysis. [PDF]
ObjectivesHigh frequency oscillations (HFOs) have been proposed as a new biomarker for epileptogenic tissue. The exact characteristics of clinically relevant HFOs and their detection are still to be defined.MethodsWe propose a new method for HFO ...

Time-frequency analysis of the restricted three-body problem: transport and resonance transitions [PDF]
A method of time-frequency analysis based on wavelets is applied to the problem of transport between different regions of the solar system, using the model of the circular restricted three-body problem in both the planar and the spatial versions of the ...
