A General Representation Theorem for Integrated Vector Autoregressive Processes [PDF]

open access: yes
We study the algebraic structure of an I(d) vector autoregressive process, where d is restricted to be an integer. This is useful to characterize its polynomial cointegrating relations and its moving average representation, that is to prove a version of ...

In vitro and in silico modelling of ROS1‐positive non‐small cell lung cancer reveals fusion‐dependent tyrosine kinase inhibitor responses

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

ECONOMETRIC METHODOLOGY II : STRENGTHENING TIME SERIES ANALYSIS

open access: yes
This article reviews some of the recent methodology developed for the analysis of time series data stressing that the statistical properties of the individual series need to be analysed to avoid spurious regressions.

Determinants of growth in Italy. A time series analysis [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper investigates the macro-determinants of growth in Italy in a time series framework, from 1950 till 2004. The analysis of economic growth, started with the Solows (1956) and Swans (1956) famous contributions, has developed rapidly since the mid ...

Symbolic representations of time series

open access: yes
Représentations symboliques de séries temporelles Les objectifs de cette thèse sont de définir de nouvelles représentations symboliques et des mesures de distance adaptées aux séries temporelles pouvant être multivariées et non-stationnaires.

ZW4864‐mediated inhibition of the β‐catenin/BCL9/BCL9L complex reveals therapeutic potential in bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Automated FRAP microscopy for high‐throughput analysis of protein dynamics in chromatin organization and transcription

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
RoboMic is an automated confocal microscopy pipeline for high‐throughput functional imaging in living cells. Demonstrated with fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP), it integrates AI‐driven nuclear segmentation, ROI selection, bleaching, and analysis.

Fitting dynamic factor models to non-stationary time series

open access: yes
Factor modelling of a large time series panel has widely proven useful to reduce its cross-sectional dimensionality. This is done by explaining common co-movements in the panel through the existence of a small number of common components, up to some ...

Traffic Accident Prediction via Patch-Aware and Basis Representation in Time Series Modeling

open access: yesApplied Sciences
Traffic accident prediction is of great importance for intelligent transportation systems and public safety management. Unlike conventional traffic flow forecasting tasks, accident data are characterized by low occurrence frequency and highly imbalanced ...
