Surfaceome Reprogramming of Stemsomes Promotes Lung Cancer Targeting via Potentiated Receptor–Ligand Interactions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 51, 14 September 2026.
This study presents a surfaceome‐reprogramming strategy for mutation‐independent lung cancer therapy by repurposing dexamethasone to prime mesenchymal stem cell‐derived nanovesicles. The engineered vesicles leverage multi‐valent interactions mediated by upregulated adhesion proteins, EPHA2, and NOTCH3.

MIMO-signal time-of-arrival (TOA) estimation

open access: yes, 2013
Due to the large-scale implementation of MIMO (multiple input multiple output) systems (such as MIMOradar, radiomonitoring system, synchronization system) the new task of space-time coding signal (MIMO-signal) TOA estimation is being set up. Utilizing of the new signals can bring both the new possibilities for improving the accuracy of MIMO-signal TOA ...

Time as a Policy Resource: Temporal Governance and Administrative Reform in Vietnam, 2024–2026

open access: yesAsia &the Pacific Policy Studies, Volume 13, Issue 3, September 2026.
ABSTRACT This article examines how Vietnamese central leadership discourse and reform documents from August 2024 to May 2026 construct time as a scarce policy resource. Drawing on a two‐stage documentary corpus—a systematically assembled body of leadership interventions, Party conclusions, government notices, and implementation materials—it traces four

Static Behaviors of Confined Time-Arrival Operators [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
We show that the quantization of the classical Time-of-Arrival (TOA) for arbitrary position X still leads to a class of self-adjoint TOA-operator for a confined particle.

Diagnostic BMI and Induction Therapy Weight Change Associated With Hepatotoxicity in Pediatric Patients With Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 15, Issue 9, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Hepatotoxicity is a common treatment‐related complication in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Excess adiposity at diagnosis has been identified as a risk factor, but the impact of weight change during therapy has not been examined.

Multi-Source Localization Using Time of Arrival Self-Clustering Method in Wireless Sensor Networks

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
The localization of multiple signal sources based on Time Of Arrival (TOA) measurements in wireless sensor networks is investigated in this paper. When the signal sources cannot be distinguished by their signatures or other unique characteristics, the ...

‘Reflecting Humanity, Or Lack of It’: Ancestral Intelligence and Whakapapa Authority in Wāhine From Gang Whānau

open access: yesKōtuitui: New Zealand Journal of Social Sciences Online, Volume 21, Issue 3, September 2026.
The image shows a black, white and red illustrated panel. Barbed wire loops above a sign reading ‘STATE CARE’ in the upper left, and a fist tattooed with ‘HATE’ appears in the upper right. Two smaller figures at left, one with a hand over her mouth and one crouched with her face hidden, sit in muted red and black tones.

Joint DOA and TOA estimation method based on Pareto multi-task learning

open access: yes上海师范大学学报. 自然科学版
A joint estimation method for direction of arrival (DOA) and time of arrival (TOA) was proposed based on Pareto multi-task learning, which transformed the traditional multi-task learning problem into a multi-objective optimization problem for solution. A

Seasonal Patterns and Environmental Drivers of Seagrass (Zostera muelleri) Flowering in Aotearoa New Zealand: Implications for Seed‐Based Restoration

open access: yesNew Zealand Journal of Marine and Freshwater Research, Volume 60, Issue 3, September 2026.
Seagrass flowering underpins seed‐based restoration and is governed by the interaction of multiple abiotic and biotic drivers operating across a range of temporal and spatial scales. In New Zealand/Aotearoa, flowering was historically considered rare, but emerging evidence indicates it is more widespread than previously recognised, creating new ...

Cramer-Rao bounds in the estimation of time of arrival in fading channels

open access: yesEURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, 2018
This paper computes the Cramer-Rao bounds for the time of arrival estimation in a multipath Rice and Rayleigh fading scenario, conditioned to the previous estimation of a set of propagation channels, since these channel estimates (correlation between ...
