YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Participatory varietal selection of potato using the mother & baby trial design: A gender-responsive trainer’s guide. [PDF]
This guide aims to provide step-by-step guidance on facilitating and documenting the PVS dynamics using the MBT design to select, and eventually release, potato varieties preferred by end-users that suit male and female farmers ’different needs, diverse ...

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Identification and Characterization of the PEBP Family Genes in Moso Bamboo (Phyllostachys heterocycla). [PDF]
Moso bamboo is one of the economically most important plants in China. Moso bamboo is a monocarpic perennial that exhibits poor and slow germination. Thus, the flowering often causes destruction of moso bamboo forestry.

Diverse regulatory factors associate with flowering time and yield responses in winter-type Brassica napus [PDF]
Background: Flowering time, plant height and seed yield are strongly influenced by climatic and day-length adaptation in crop plants. To investigate these traits under highly diverse field conditions in the important oilseed crop Brassica napus, we ...

Impact of Asymptomatic Intracranial Hemorrhage on Outcome After Endovascular Stroke Treatment
ABSTRACT Background Endovascular treatment (EVT) achieves high rates of recanalization in acute large‐vessel occlusion (LVO) stroke, but functional recovery remains heterogeneous. While symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) has been well studied, the prognostic impact of asymptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (aICH) after EVT is less certain ...

Floral induction and development in Myosotidium hortensia and Phormium cookianum : a thesis presented in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science in Plant Biology at Massey University, New Zealand [PDF]
Little is known of the stimuli needed for flowering in two New Zealand endemic plants, Myosotidium hortensia and Phormium cookianum. These plants are widely recognised by the horticulture sector and the concerns of this thesis were to aid understanding ...

Genotypic variation of cut chrysanthemum response to high CO2 concentration: Growth, time to flowering and visual quality [PDF]
In this study sixteen cut chrysanthemum cultivars were used to evaluate the effects of high CO2 concentration (1500 µmol mol-1) on growth, time to flowering and visual quality as compared to the concentration used in commercial greenhouses (600 µmol mol ...

Molecular Mapping of Flowering Time Major Genes and QTLs in Chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.)
Flowering time is an important trait for adaptation and productivity of chickpea in the arid and the semi-arid environments. This study was conducted for molecular mapping of genes/quantitative trait loci (QTLs) controlling flowering time in chickpea ...
