Orthogonal Ionic Liquid‐Based Extraction Strategy Enables Amyloid‐Specific Profiling of Aggregate Proteome

An orthogonal ionic‐liquid extraction (Orth‐iEA) enables selective isolation of amyloid fibrils. TMGBF4 disrupts hydrogen‐bonded β‐sheet networks to solubilize amyloid aggregates, whereas C12ImCl interacts with hydrophobic regions of non‐amyloid proteins.

SERS Facemask for Rapid and Portable Sensing Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Antigens for TB Screening

Our study introduced an Au─Ag embedded covalent organic framework (U@COF) ‐mediated facemask for sensing TB antigen ESAT‐6/CFP‐10 complex in clinical droplet samples toward TB screening. Integrating Machine Learning With Constant‐Potential Simulation to Unravel Charge‐Transfer Mechanisms in Electrochemical Nitrogen Fixation
