Performance of ionospheric-free PPP time transfer models with BDS-3 quad-frequency observations
, 2020The BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) has as achieved the status of a global navigation satellite system. Compared to BDS-2 satellites, BDS-3 satellites transmit B1C, B2a, and B2b signals but not B1I and B3I signals.

Accounting BDS3–BDS2 inter-system biases for precise time transfer
, 2020The rapid development of BDS not only brings opportunities but also new problems. This article has been verified that the biases exist between BDS-2 and BDS-3 precise point positioning time transfer.

Proceedings of the IEEE, 1991
The authors describe the use of GPS (Global Positioning System) for time coordination. When GPS first became available, it provided a quantum leap in time coordination with little or no effort on the part of the user. However, workers realized that with more sophisticated analysis techniques even greater accuracy could be wrung from GPS.

Interhemispheric Transfer Time in Sportsmen
Journal of Motor Behavior, 2012The authors' aim was to compare interhemispheric transfer time between 2 groups: highly skilled sportsmen and control subjects. Left- and right-handed individuals were included in the study. The Poffenberger paradigm was used to measure the crossed-uncrossed difference, representing the time to transfer information from one hemisphere to the other.

Timing intra-Fallopian transfer procedures
Reproductive BioMedicine Online, 2007With the gradual decline in the use of zygote intra-Fallopian transfer (ZIFT), current practice is to offer ZIFT almost exclusively to patients with repeated implantation failure (RIF). For practical reasons, the procedure is sometimes deferred by 1 day and embryo intra-Fallopian transfer (EIFT) is performed. The aim of the present study was to compare

Precise point positioning time transfer with multi-GNSS single-frequency observations
Measurement, 2019The dual-frequency precise point positioning (DF-PPP) technique has been widely used for time transfer. Actually, DF GNSS receivers are much more expensive than single-frequency (SF) receivers.

Intergenerational time transfers and childcare
Review of Economic Dynamics, 2003Although intergenerational transfers of time in the form of grandparenting are substantial, little is known about their role and importance. In this paper, we calibrate an overlapping generations model extended to allow for both time and monetary transfers to the US economy. We use simulations to show that time transfers have important positive effects

Multi-GNSS time transfer based on the CGGTTS
Metrologia, 2019This paper studies the use of multiple GNSS constellations for time transfer. The performances of each constellation are compared to one another. We show that, with its current constellation, Galileo already provides time transfer results with the same ...

Time Experience and Transference
Journal of the American Psychoanalytic Association, 1983This paper has examined the historical developments in the understanding of the experience of time in normal and pathological development, with an emphasis on the differences between "objective" time, "subjective" time, the "timelessness" of the system Ucs., and "intrapsychic" time. Using a variety of perspectives--psychobiology, cognitive development,

Multiple GNSS inter-system biases in precise time transfer
Measurement science and technology, 2019Inter-system bias (ISB) is important for the fusion of multiple global navigation satellite system data. They should be estimated or corrected for precise position, navigation, and timing solutions.
