A DEVELOPMENT OF SPRAY-PYROLYSIS TECHNOLOGY FOR SYNTHESIS OF TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE COATINGS BASED ON TIN DIOXIDE

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений. Поволжский регион:Технические науки, 2020
Background. The advantages of the spray-pyrolysis method are the ability to produce films with a high area and a high degree of uniformity at acceptable (from 100 to 500 °C) process temperatures.

Vanadium doped tin dioxide as a novel sulfur dioxide sensor

open access: yesTalanta, 2008
Considering the short-term exposure limit of SO2 to be 5 ppm, we first time report that semiconductor sensors based on vanadium doped SnO2 can be used for SO2 leak detection because of their good sensitivity towards SO2 at concentrations down to 5 ppm. Such sensors are quite selective in presence of other gases like carbon monoxide, methane and butane.

Characterization of tin dioxide nanoparticles synthesized by oxidation

open access: yesCerâmica, 2015
Tin dioxide (SnO2) is a promising material with great potential for applications such as gas sensors and catalysts. Nanostructures of this oxide exhibit greater activation efficiency given their larger effective surface.

DYNAMICS OF RESPONSE OF A SENSOR BASED ON A NANOSTRUCTURED TIN DIOXIDE LAYER EXPOSED TO THE ISOPROPANOL VAPORS

open access: yesФизико-химические аспекты изучения кластеров, наноструктур и наноматериалов, 2021
Nanostructured gas-sensitive tin dioxide films have been synthesized by sol-gel technology. A conductivity vs temperature dependence of a gas sensor into atmosphere of synthetic air has been investigated.
