Non‐linear tip speed ratio cascade control for variable speed high power wind turbines: a backstepping approach [PDF]
This study presents a non‐linear tip speed ratio (TSR) cascade controller for high power wind turbines (WTs) considering the effects of the large rotor inertia and torsional behaviour of the shafts. A model‐based non‐linear rotor speed controller is proposed for the inner loop. The required speed reference is provided by an outer loop.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.
