White and Clearing: New Optical Tissue Clearing Method
Abstract Optical tissue clearing techniques can render large-scale tissue samples and whole organs transparent to apply cell-resolution 3D imaging techniques, revolutionizing the fields of biological research and pathological diagnosis, and providing never-before seen structural information. There are

We established the avian chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay as a scalable in vivo model for studying circulating tumor cells (CTCs). Human gastrointestinal tumors spontaneously released genetically validated CTCs that were detected across multiple platforms, demonstrating that the CAM model provides an accessible tool for investigating early cancer ...

Immunolabeling and Tissue Clearing for Calcified Tissues v1
High-resolution 3D imaging is an important strategy for visualising and analysing complex skeletal tissue architecture and the bone marrow microenvironment1–5,11. However, multicolour immunolabeling and imaging of intact skeletal tissues remain technologically challenging.1,5,8,10,11 .

Incomplete microwave ablation (iMWA) of liver cancer triggers a biphasic progression in residual tumors. At Day 3, the microenvironment is characterized by acute inflammatory responses and extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling. By Day 14, a profound shift occurs toward oncogenic signal transduction and immunosuppression, marked by macrophage ...

Circulating microRNA profiles distinguish nonmalignant Lynch syndrome from cancer‐associated Lynch syndrome, sporadic colorectal cancer, and healthy controls. Age‐stratified analysis reveals disease‐specific regulatory states, and a six‐miRNA panel shows concordant separation in an independent colorectal tissue cohort.

The kinase SRPK1 directly interacts with the protein TOPBP1 and regulates the pre‐mRNA splicing of WIZ thereby contributing to the activation of the ATR/CHK1 replicative checkpoint in response to replicative stress. This allows cancer cells' genomic stability and survival.

Stochastic Electrotransport device for tissue clearing application.
One of the applications of the stochastic electrotransport device is tissues clearing. However, the price of the device is very expensive and not available for students and casual researchers.
