Abstract Growth of chick fibroblasts was completely inhibited by 3000 mcg of terramycin per millimeter of nutrient media. Aureomycin in Gey's solution, when added to growing cultures of mouse fibroblasts, caused marked cytologic changes at concentration of 160 mcg/ml.
