Propagation of gnetum by tissue culture technique
Songklanakarin Journal of Science and Technology (SJST), 2002 Plantlet regeneration from tissue culture of gnetum could be induced using two pathways depending upon explant types. Leaf lamina yielded somatic embryos through somatic embryogenesis in basal MS supplemented with the same concentration of BA and TDZ at 0.5 mg/l.
