An oral nanoplatform, MOP@T@D, which can maintain glucose homeostasis and restore islet β cells in diabetic rats is developed. It achieves efficient intestinal absorption and liver‐targeted delivery. The nanoparticle disintegrates only in response to hyperglycemia to release insulin on demand and provides antioxidant protection through selenoprotein ...

Quantum‐Grade Nanodiamonds from a Single‐Step, Industrial‐Scale Pressure and Temperature Process
Novel method for creation of nitrogen‐vacancy centers in 50‐nm nanodiamonds based on high‐temperature plastic deformation is demonstrated. Compared to the electron irradiation approach, it yields nitrogen‐vacancy centers with significantly improved charge stability, T1 relaxation time, and optical Rabi contrast.

Synthetic Nanobiology Actuated Lipometabolic Cell Factory for Autologous Tumor Immunotherapy
FA plays a crucial role in the interaction between tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment, especially for the immune response. A biocatalytic immunoenhancement strategy is developed to boost antitumor immunity by FA metabolic orientation to ceramide. Through the design of this delicate catalytic immunoenhancement strategy, the synthetic nanobiology

Interconnected Porous Hydrogels with Tunable Anisotropy Through Aqueous Emulsion Bioprinting
A 3D bioprintable microporous bioink is developed using an aqueous two‐phase system (ATPS) composed of extracellular matrix (ECM) mimetic biopolymers. The ATPS bioink enables the fabrication of interconnected porous architectures with up to 70% porosity, supporting long‐term cell viability and 3D cell alignment, enabling a simultaneous generation of ...

Stretchable p/n‐pair Ag@Ag2Se TE fibers are developed for next‐generation fiber‐based electronics. The TE fibers maintain excellent electrical conductivity and a high Seebeck coefficient under strain. Integrated into textiles, they enable simultaneous temperature and strain sensing, as well as energy harvesting, offering great potential for ...

Electrochemically Driven Dissipative Growth of Affinity Hydrogels for Bioresponsive Interfaces
Voltage pulses drive the growth and reinforcement of hydrogel films under dissipative conditions. This biocompatible strategy enables efficient integration of affinity ligands into the hydrogel matrix, enhancing the selective capture of growth factors and allowing precise temporal control over their release, making them well‐suited as adaptive ...

The allograft vein can be used as a satisfactory arterial replacement when autogenous material is unavailable [2]. Although the techniques for cryopreservation of tumor cells and allograft skin have been well standardized, the ideal storage method for allograft venous tissue has not been defined.
