Prognostic impact and genetic stability of FLT3-ITD and FLT3-TKD mutations in AML.

(A) OS in 672 patients was significantly different between FLT3-mutated patients compared to patients with FLT3-WT*. OS in patients with FLT3-TKD mutations was not different compared to FLT3-WT* expressing patients (HR: 0.8, 95% CI: 0.7–1.7).
