New distributional records of lichenized fungi for India from Arunachal Pradesh
In the present communication 10 lichen species are reported as new records for India, viz. Byssoloma marginatum, Byssoloma xanthonicum, Chapsa boninensis, Coenogonium nepalense, Lecania cyrtella, Malmidea albomarginata, Myriotrema thailandicum, Myriotrema viride, Rostania occultata and Wirthiotrema duplomarginatum. A novel series of 1,5‐dihydro‐[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]pyrimidines (5a–g) is synthesized and evaluated as potential CDK4 inhibitors. Compounds 5c and 5d exhibit strong cytotoxicity toward HepG2 and MCF‐7 cells with IC50 ≈ 1–2 µM, comparable to doxorubicin.

In this article, proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs) bearing a polyamine linker capable of crossing cancer cell membranes via the polyamine transport system are synthesized and evaluated. The results provide valuable insights for the design of PROTACs with enhanced cellular uptake efficiency.

New pyrido[2,3‐d]azolopyrimidinones were synthesized and evaluated as potent EGFR‐targeted anticancer leads. Molecular docking and cytotoxicity studies revealed strong receptor binding and submicromolar activity, highlighting this scaffold as a promising framework for future targeted drug development.
