ABSTRACT The Copaifera species are traditionally used for their anti‐inflammatory, antiseptic and healing properties. The objective of this study was to compare the chromatographic profiles of seven samples of copaiba oil‐resin with respect to chromatographic and physicochemical properties and to evaluate their biological activities.

Fluctuating β‐Sheet Secondary Structure in DS119 Explains the Small Effects of Backbone N‐Amination on Thermal Stability

Residues with backbone N‐amination have been introduced into a region of parallel β‐sheet secondary structure. Energy and Environmental Performance of Biodiesel Derived From Waste Vegetable and Animal Oils: Integrated Energy Balance, Process Optimization, and Feasibility Assessment

This study demonstrates a highly efficient biodiesel production route from waste vegetable and animal oils, achieving a net energy ratio (NER) of 7.8–8.2 and over 85% greenhouse‐gas reduction. Methanol recovery and optimized logistics enhanced energy efficiency, validating waste‐oil biodiesel as a sustainable circular‐bioeconomy fuel.
