Monolayer MoS$_2$ has emerged as an interesting material for nanoelectronic and optoelectronic devices. The effect of substrate screening and defects on the electronic structure of MoS$_2$ are important considerations in the design of such devices. Here,

A Survey of Memristive Threshold Logic Circuits
In this paper, we review the different memristive threshold logic (MTL) circuits that are inspired from the synaptic action of flow of neurotransmitters in the biological brain.

Computational coverage of TLG: nonlinearity
We study nonlinear connectives (exponentials) in the context of Type Logical Grammar (TLG). We devise four conservative extensions of the displacement calculus with brackets, Db!, Db!?, Db!b and Db!b?r which contain the universal and existential exponential modalities of linear logic (LL).

Computational coverage of TLG: displacement
This paper reports on the coverage of TLG of Morrill (1994) and Moortgat (1997), and on how it has been computer implemented. We computer-analyse examples of displacement: discontinuous idioms, quantification, (medial) relativisation, VP ellipsis, (medial) pied piping, appositive relativisation, parentheticals, gapping, comparative subdeletion, and ...

On some properties of g-frames and g-coherent states
After a short review of some basic facts on g-frames, we analyze in details the so-called (alternate) dual g-frames. We end the paper by introducing what we call {\em g-coherent states} and studying their properties.Comment: In press in Il Nuovo Cimento

Le but premier

Testing for Neglected Nonlinearity in Cointegrating Relationships [PDF]
This paper proposes pure significance tests for the absence of nonlinearity in cointegrating relationships. No assumption of the functional form of the nonlinearity is made.
