Molecularly Imprinted Polymers for TNT Analogues. Development of Electrochemical TNT Biosensors [PDF]
Trinitrotoluene (TNT) is a widely employed explosive compound; for that reason, an electrochemical sensor able to perform on-field measurements could be an interesting tool. In this work, a molecularly imprinted polymer using the TNT analogue DNP as a template is developed. Next, the obtained MIP is chemically characterized towards DNP and TNT.

ABSTRACT Objective The Gold Coast criteria permit diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) even without upper motor neuron (UMN) signs. However, whether ALS patients with UMN signs (ALSwUMN) and those without (ALSwoUMN) share similar characteristics and prognoses remains unclear.

Novel Photocatalytic Membrane Reactor with TiO2 Nanotubes for Azo Dye Wastewater Treatment
Novel photocatalytic membrane reactor (PMR) with TiO2 nanotubes (TNTs) has been designed and applied in azo dye wastewater treatment. Prepared by hydrothermal method, the TNTs with length of 30–80 nm and diameter of 10 nm had good photocatalytic activity.

Our study showed that human primary gingival fibroblast–derived microvesicles on nano‐engineered titanium implants promote early osseointegration and soft‐tissue attachment in vivo. ABSTRACT Titanium dental implants require both reliable osseointegration and peri‐implant soft tissue seal formation to ensure long‐term success. While osseointegration has

Chlamydia trachomatis Cell-to-Cell Spread through Tunneling Nanotubes
Tunneling nanotubes (TNTs) are transient cellular connections that consist of dynamic membrane protrusions. They play an important role in cell-to-cell communication and mediate the intercellular exchanges of molecules and organelles.

xx xx. ABSTRACT Osseointegration of orthopedic and dental implants is influenced by local and systemic factors, including their physicochemical surface properties and the patient's overall health status. Titanium and its alloys have been a longstanding standard for bone implants due to their innate biocompatibility and mechanical properties.
